These Terms apply to all yacht charter services provided by

4. Booking

A booking is confirmed upon:

  • Signed agreement or
  • Payment confirmation

5. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: typically 30–50% upon booking
  • Remaining balance: due before charter start

Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by the client may result in fees
  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing
  • Weather conditions do not automatically justify cancellation

7. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury unless caused by proven negligence
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Events beyond our control (force majeure)

8. Insurance

The vessel is insured in accordance with local regulations.
Clients are advised to obtain personal travel insurance.

9. Weather Conditions

The captain reserves the right to:

  • Modify routes
  • Cancel trips for safety reasons

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.

11. Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Cyprus.
